On January 9, 2024, I emailed Reona Hewlett to inform her that my account had been compromised and that I might be late with the rent payment.
January 10, 2024
One the following day, Reona Hewlett sent me an eviction notice:
“At present, you owe $691, which represents 1+ months of unpaid rent.”
The 1 has to be my January rent.

“Why the additional $154?”
January 26, 2024
“I’m assuming that the remaining $154 is for past-due rent.” Ms. Hewlett has never responded.
