On August 3, 2022, I left a message with SHMS’s maintenance department because the toilet overflowed.
- August 4th – Day 2: Left a second message for the maintenance department.
- August 5th – Day 3: In an email, I told the operations manager that if the toilet was not fixed by Monday, I would contact the health department.
- August 8th – Day 6: A health inspector phoned SHMS.
- August 9th – Day 7: The toilet was fixed.
I used my neighbor’s bathroom for seven days.
