How many tenants received a Late Notice during the pandemic and urgently met with Just Mediation Pittsburgh to make payment arrangements with the threat of homelessness hanging over their heads?
The problem is that Kyle Webster told the Pennsylvania AG’s office that he never sent a Late Notice to any tenant during that time.

How many tenants have received Eviction Notices and, in a crippling panic, just like the ones I’ve been having, worked with Just Mediation Pittsburgh to make payment arrangements for their past-due rent?
Before answering that, remember that I received one in January 2022, a second in January 2024, and another in April 2024.
